Cultural Performance Showcase Application
The purpose of creating an International Festival at North Carolina State University is to encourage interactions between individuals of all backgrounds while upholding the values of diversity,  inclusivity, and cultural appreciation.  This event will promote cultural competency and expose students, faculty, and staff to new perspectives and traditions from different areas around the world. Having a platform that allows people to participate in productive conversation about other customs will implement tolerance, understanding, and cultural competency.  

International Festival Date: Friday, March 24th 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM on Stafford Commons | Performances will be given a performance time slot and will be expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before their performance time.

Rain Date: Thursday, March 30th 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM on Stafford Commons | Performances will be given a performance time slot and will be expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before their performance time.

Interested participants for the cultural showcase must submit an application no later than Friday March 10th at 5:00 PM EST. Performances are accepted on a rolling basis. No late submissions will be accepted. Performances should be no longer than 10 minutes.
